PrecisionQuality™, introduced by Ghana’s Design & Technology Institute (DTI), highlights the role of precision industries in creating jobs through world-class quality standards. In partnership with DTI, Accents & Art (A&A) trains master craftspeople while supporting technical universities with laboratories and training. The Precision Quality Internship, offered by A&A and DTI, provides hands-on training in design, fabrication, and welding, equipping interns with industry-relevant skills. Open to students and recent graduates, the program has a strong track record of job placements.

DTI’s core training modules have resulted in 100% job placement, with some students securing offers before completing their training. Participants recognize PrecisionQuality™ as a driver of job and wealth creation, prompting national and regional initiatives to enhance skills and employability. These efforts demonstrate that high-quality job opportunities can be generated through PrecisionQuality™. To sustain this progress, Ghana must develop innovative solutions to align with the 4th Industrial Revolution.
