Accents & Art, aims to promote cultural diversity and inclusivity through art and mindset programs. In 2022, the organization embarked on a unique campaign in Ghana, seeking to engage and empower local communities through the celebration of accents and the expression of artistic creativity. This case study explores the objectives, strategies, challenges, and outcomes of Accents & Art’s campaign for community engagement in Ghana.
Objectives
Celebrate Linguistic Diversity: Accents & Art aimed to celebrate the rich linguistic diversity in Ghana, where more than 80 languages are spoken, and promote the value of different accents within the country.
Foster Cultural Exchange: The campaign sought to foster cultural exchange and understanding between diverse linguistic communities within Ghana.
Empower Local Artists: Accents & Art aimed to empower local artists by providing a platform for them to express their creativity and talents.
Strengthen Community Bonds: The organization aimed to strengthen community bonds by encouraging collaboration and interaction among residents from different linguistic backgrounds.
Strategies
