PrecisionQuality™, a term coined by the Design & Technology Institute (DTI) of Ghana, emphasizes the importance of precision industries and high-quality products and services in job creation. It focuses on ensuring world-class quality in industry, services, and processes. A&A, in partnership with DTI, is training master crafts persons in Kokompe and Suame in precision quality methods and supporting technical universities with laboratories and training for lecturers and students. DTI has also hired a Professor-In-Residence to lead its PrecisionQuality™ Center of Excellence, which rigorously analyzes all ideas and programs.

We have trained several students in core modules, all of whom have secured full employment immediately after training. They see PrecisionQuality™ as essential for job and wealth creation and have initiated national and sub-regional activities to improve skills, attitudes, and employability. In Ghana, DTI’s training programs have achieved 100% job placement for students, with some receiving job offers before completing their training. Our efforts have demonstrated that PrecisionQuality™ can create high-quality jobs. To achieve this, the country must develop innovative solutions to advance into the 4th Industrial Revolution.
